How To Join
We welcome new members to the Winter Park Garden Club throughout the year!
We meet monthly on the second Wednesday at the Azalea Lodge in Mead Garden.
Meetings are held from 10am to noon.
Your $35.00 membership covers all expenses. Dues are payable by check or cash at the first meeting you attend.
To keep our membership fees low, members are asked to serve on both the Hospitality and Basket Auction Committees once a year. You will be assigned a month for each at the start of each garden club year:
- As part of your Hospitality Committee duties, you will be asked to bring a food item to the General Meeting in coordination with that month's Chairperson. We also ask that you help with meeting set-up and clean-up if able.
- As part of your Basket Auction Committee duties, we ask that you bring an item to the General Meeting to help raise funds for the club. The suggested value is approximately $25. Past items have included homemade food, plants, floral arrangements, gardening tools, gift baskets of things like nice toiletries, home decor, and gift cards.
